What is the Project Directory?+
Each project in Buildr+ includes a Project Directory — a contact list for everyone working on that job. Add subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, owners, and architects. Assign roles and trades, then tap to call, text, or email directly from the app. Search and filter by role or trade to find the right person fast.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is stored with end-to-end encryption and row-level security. Only you can access your documents. Powered by Supabase — the same infrastructure used by enterprise applications.
Can I use it on the web?+
Yes! Buildr+ is available on iPhone, iPad, and the web at app.buildrplus.com. Your data syncs across all devices in real time.
How does voice input work?+
Every text field has a microphone icon. Tap it and speak — your voice is converted to text in real time. The engine includes 300+ construction-specific terms like rebar, HVAC, formwork, and PPE for better accuracy.
Can I add my company logo to PDFs?+
Yes. Go to Settings → Company Profile to upload your logo and signature. They appear automatically on every exported PDF. If you haven't set one up, PDFs show "Buildr+ by Lab Architect" as the default.
How much does it cost?+

Does Buildr+ work offline?+
Buildr+ requires an internet connection for full functionality. Documents sync to the cloud in real time so they're always accessible from any device.
How do auto-generated document numbers work?+
Each document type maintains a running count. When you create a new RFI, it automatically gets the next sequential number (RFI-001, RFI-002, etc.). You can override this if needed.
