This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Buildr+ construction document management app (the "App"). • Project & Document Data: Construction project details, RFIs, change orders, submittals, meeting minutes, transmittals, lien waivers, and other document content you create within the App.
• Photos & Files: Images and documents you attach to records within the App.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and device information to improve the App.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Buildr+ application and its features
• Sync your project and document data across your devices via Supabase
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Respond to support requests and communications
• Send important updates about the App (you may opt out of marketing emails)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a PostgreSQL-based cloud database platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security policies, and secure authentication. No storage method is 100% secure — please safeguard your account credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Apple (App Store distribution), Cloudflare (hosting)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Camera & Photo Library Access

Buildr+ requests access to your camera and photo library to allow you to attach photos to documents and construction records. This access is used solely within the App to support document management features. Photos are stored in your Supabase project and are never shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may:

• Access and export your data at any time within the App
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Revoke camera/photo permissions at any time via iOS Settings

8. Children's Privacy

Buildr+ is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
