Buildr+ is construction document management built around projects. It gives contractors one place to create, organize, track, and export the records that move work forward—from RFIs and submittals to safety, cost, and closeout documents.

Buildr+ manages RFIs, change orders, submittals, meeting minutes, transmittals, lien waivers, schedules of values, payment applications, cost codes, daily logs, punch work, safety plans, briefings, incident logs, drawing revisions, submittal registers, and document-control views. Projects also include a directory for key job contacts.

Every record belongs to a project. Open the project to see its details, contacts, and document families together, or use the dashboard to move directly into a document type. This keeps project context attached to the record instead of scattering files across unrelated folders.

Buildr+ is available on iPhone and iPad, with secure browser access at app.buildrplus.com. Sign in to the same account when moving between field, trailer, and office work.

Yes. Buildr+ supports camera and photo-library attachments on construction records, including multi-photo workflows where available. Voice-to-text input is provided on supported fields and devices.

Yes. Buildr+ exports structured construction PDFs and can apply your company identity, including profile information, logo, signature, and selected PDF theme where supported by the document.

Buildr+ requires a connection for account access, fresh cloud data, media transfer, and complete cross-device synchronization. Some locally cached information may remain available during a brief interruption, but confirm that important changes have synchronized before leaving a weak-signal area.

Private application data is protected by account authentication, owner-scoped Cloudflare D1 records, and authenticated Cloudflare R2 media access. Buildr+ does not sell user data, display advertising, or track people across other companies’ apps and websites.

Buildr+ is free to download. Optional Pro subscription features are offered through the App Store; the current price and billing period are always shown by Apple before purchase.

Open Buildr+ and go to Settings, Security, then Delete Account. The app requires confirmation before sending the deletion request. If you cannot access the app, contact support for help.
