Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Buildr+, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Buildr+ is a construction document-management product that helps users create, organize, track, and export project records. It is developed and operated by Lab Architect.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of project data, documents, photos, and other content you create or upload. You grant Lab Architect the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate Buildr+ and fulfill your requests.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and retention requirements of your content.

5. Acceptable use

• Use Buildr+ only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user’s data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the product except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require an optional Pro subscription purchased through Apple. Apple presents the current price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation controls before purchase. Subscription management and refunds are subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

7. Construction and legal responsibility

Buildr+ is an organization and document-generation tool. It does not provide legal, engineering, accounting, safety, or professional construction advice. You must review generated records for accuracy and determine whether they satisfy the contract, authority, jurisdiction, and professional requirements that apply to your project.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep appropriate copies of records required by your business, contracts, or law.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

Buildr+ is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Lab Architect disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for Buildr+ during the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Buildr+ or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, security risk, or unlawful use. Account deletion may permanently remove associated application data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that are not otherwise resolved will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.
