1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Buildr+ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Buildr+ is a construction document management application that enables contractors and construction professionals to create, organize, and manage project documents including RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, Transmittals, and Lien Waivers. The App is developed and operated by Lab Architect.

3. Account Registration

To use Buildr+, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to construction document management. You may not:

• Use the App to transmit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all project data, documents, and content you create in the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant Lab Architect a limited license to host, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the App's services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Lab Architect and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lab Architect does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.

Buildr+ is a document organization tool. It does not constitute legal advice. For binding legal documents such as lien waivers, consult a licensed attorney to ensure compliance with applicable state and local laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lab Architect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
